There are two normal causes of back pain: overstretched muscle or spine bone slightly out of place.
- Overstretched muscles need relaxing and back muscles start at the neck. Sleeping in alignment with relaxed neck muscles reduces strain on the lower back muscles allowing them to heal. Healing takes place through communication with the brain through the neck area. Sometimes it is the mattress.
